Falcon® Round-Bottom Tubes with Cell Strainer Cap, 5 mL are ideal for cell straining and isolation applications. They are commonly used prior to flow cytometry and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS). The sterilized, clear polystyrene tube is ready for use in aseptic environments. The included 35 µm nylon mesh cell strainer snap cap is dual-position and offers added convienience in sample preparation and ensures excellent cell uniformity in suspension.
